Don't ramp it up too much as once but yeah, you'll be perfectly fine. I find this a great way to compliment different muscle groups as well as improving fitness. I'm 35 and limit myself to two 2 hour sessions a week because if I go any harder, my body starts talking to me and it's usually my tendons in my elbows. I love bouldering. . I find it difficult to go more then… Just wondering if you think just bouldering around my limit 2 days a week can actually translate to some slow gains or at least maintenance of my current strength.
